Like no other region, the Małopolskie Region may boast of an attractive tourist offer addressed to the youngest and to those a bit older. The Groteska Theatre, Salt Mine in Wieliczka or Zatorland are just a few of many attractions available in Małopolska. There are lots of opportunities. Young tourists may enjoy communication with nature by visiting the Małopolska national parks, inter alia, the Tatrzański National Park and landscape parks, e.g. the Wiśnicko-Lipnicki Landscape Park.
The needs of tired wanderers are met by PTSM and PTTK youth hostels. In addition, the Małopolskie Region offers many educational and cultural paths. All explorers will surely become interested in a trip to the Salt Mine in Bochnia or a visit to the Experimental Garden in Kraków. For lovers of art, Małopolska museums prepared a rich educational offer. Apart from sightseeing, everyone may try their hand at taking part in numerous artistic workshops. Also, enthusiasts of spending time in an active way will willingly use tennis courts, swimming pools and in the winter – gentle ski slopes and lifts. Fans of crazy fun will be delighted by the attractions offered by the theme parks, inter alia, Miniature Park in Inwałd or the complex of parks in Zator, where from the world of Greek myths we can go to the garden of big prehistoric reptiles.
